Virgin Ties with Technological Giants for Wireless Solutions

Virgin Atlantic partners with Nokia to install wireless charging facilities. Installation at the Virgin Atlantic Heathrow Clubhouse enables travellers to charge their phones before flights. Virgin highlights the ‘wireless charging facility’ as a great option for business travellers.

Furthermore, Virgin Atlantic ties up with ARINC to provide in-flight Wi-Fi solutions, known as ‘Cabin Connect’ to passengers onboard. Virgin will introduce ‘Cabin Connect’ by early 2013 and offers passengers internet access, send and receive email and use of universal messaging on their personal electronic devices.
