It’s one of the wildest and craziest festivals in Europe! Starting from the 6th of July to 14th of July, San Fermin Fiesta attracts aficionados from all over the world.

Digging deeper to the festival history, it’s a celebration of the life of Patron San Fermin. The Encierro is the spectacular celebration that draws enthusiasts from all over.

Encierro or widely known as ‘Running of the Bulls’ is more than what you’ve heard and seen. For added fun, it’s not just the bulls running, but a series of street parties, dancing and Sangria fights at the San Fermin Fiesta to amuse the enthusiastic travellers. Parade of Giants, fire bulls, corrida, firework display and closing ceremony are part of the San Fermin Fiesta too.

If you’re planning to be there, make sure to dress in traditional which is all white and a red scarf around your waist. Well the first rocket launches, wave the red scarves before tying it around your neck til the entire ceremony ends.

When the rocket launches at 8’o clock in the morning, it announces the opening of the gates, the second rocket to inform the bulls have left the gates, the third to ensure no bulls are left and fourth to end the running of the bulls. Taste the San Fermin Fiesta with Travel Center UK.
