Qatar Airways Expands Route Network In Iraq

Qatar Airways launched flight operations in Iraq six month prior. However, with the start of flights to cities Baghdad and Erbil, the airline pursues in expanding services to the Najaf destination.

Beside the increase demand in passenger travel to Iraq, the current reconstruction phase in the country has become a great expansion plan for Qatar Airways.

Flights will be operating four times weekly to the central city of Najaf. It is the 124th destination in the airline’s global network spanning across Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa, North America and South America.
