Lufthansa Announces 2013 Summer Schedule

The German flagship carrier, Lufthansa is expanding its services with the new summer schedule. The airline will be introducing flights to popular leisure travel destinations around the world.

Glasgow, Varna, Mahon, Jerez de la Frontera and Cardiff are five new attractive destinations offered by Lufthansa. The German carrier also plans to launch new services to the long haul destination network between Munich to Vancouver.

With the new summer schedule, Lufthansa passengers will be able to enjoy a choice of flights to 218 fantastic holiday destinations (especially in the Mediterranean). The new summer timetable runs from 31 March to 26 October 2013.

Seasonal destination will be mostly served from several airports in Germany. The airline further plans to increase flights during the months July and August. Along with the exciting summer schedule and attractive holiday destinations, the carrier also aims to speed up the retrofit of its new Business Class Cabin.
