Generally Qantas flies you there within around 27 hours with one layover in either Dubai or Sydney. Emirates too have stop-overs in Dubai and Sydney or Melbourne.

Other airlines take a scenic route; China Southern has a layover in Guangzhou, while, Korean airlines stops in Seoul. Virgin Atlantic has a layover in San Francisco. Malaysia, Cathay Pacific and Thai stop-over in either Kuala Lumpur or Hong Kong.

Air New Zealand which also runs Virgin Atlantic has layovers in Vancouver while Lufthansa travels through Frankfurt and Hong Kong.

Either way each airline promises to make your flight the most comfortable. You can be sure of an un-matched service and best price with so many airlines plying on the same route, another indication of Auckland’s popularity as a tourist destination.
