What you need to know before you travel to Fira in Santorini

Santorini is delighted to be welcoming holidaymakers again following their attempts to contain the spread of Covid-19. Flights, international and domestic can now arrive in Greece and travel throughout the mainland, and to all Greek islands, hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes, as well as tourist attractions and beaches. And of course, social distancing measures will continue to be implemented, and the use of face masks may be recommended. However, if you are a British national, you should complete an online Passenger Locator Form (PLF) at least 24 hours before their arrival in Greece, and you would be provided with a QR code before your arrival and has to be presented to the Greek authorities. You may be directed to a health screening, including testing for Covid-19. After testing, you’ll need to self-isolate for 24 hours at the address given on your PLF form until you receive the results. If your test is negative, you will not need to self-isolate. However, if the test result is positive, you will have to quarantine for 14 days.
