Business Class
  • The Business Class of the airline is called Premiere, and offers some great deals and services to those flying Business Class. The seats are made in the herringbone configuration, offering each passenger direct access to the aisle as well as greater comfort in the seat itself. The seats are convertible to fully flat beds, and have in seat audio video on demand on a 15.4 inch personal flat screen LCD TV. USB ports and in-seat laptop power help you keep connected while flying. Some of the newer aircraft have electronic recliners and massagers while the others are standard. Premiere passengers can access lounges in airports around the world. The lounges are also offered to first class travellers. Lounges are located in Brussels, Newark, Chennai, Cochin, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata and Jaipur. The cabin’s lighting showcases mood lighting on the Airbus A330-200 and Boeing 777-300ER, adjusting according to the time and flight position. On the international short-haul flights, Premiere seats are wider at 40 inches, and are made in the 2-2 configuration.

First Class
  • On the Boeing 777-300, all seats convert to a lie-flat bed and is the second airline to have private suites. All the seats have a 23 inch widescreen LCD monitor, with the audio video on demand entertainment system. The noise cancelling headphones from BOSE give you super quality for music and other entertainment options while ensuring all other noise is cancelled, so that you are transported to the world of your chosen entertainment. In seat power and USB ports will keep you connected, while personal wardrobes keep you looking stylish at all times. You can enjoy all this in the privacy of your own cabin, with dual sliding doors.

In-Flights
  • The meals on offer are delectable and visually appetizing. Each meal represents India on a platter. World-class service accompanied by world-standard food will keep you coming back for more. Enjoy a variety of list-topping movies on AVOD basis on the 3000i system, on personal TV screens. Choose from 50 movies, 40 TV series, 8 audio channels, a CD collection of over 130 songs. For the game-buffs, the airline offers single-player and multi-player games. Scholars and readers can make use of the e-book collection or the language learning courses on the Berlitz Word Traveller software. Also, passengers can use the in-seat telephone, SMS, and email options to stay networked, or simply keep abreast of the happenings of the day with the live text news from the airline’s database. In-flight entertainment systems have been upgraded to latest state of the art facilities with touch screens and on demand programming. The airline has Panasonic eFX IFE system in the Boeing 737-700/800 and Panasonic eX2 IFE system in the Airbus A330-200/Boeing 777-300ER, named “JetScreen”.

  • The airline serves over 70 destinations across the world from Southern Africa, Europe, and Asia to North America. Jet Air flies to over 20 international destinations as well as over 50 cities in India. Hop on a plane and fly through Agartala, Aurangabad, Patna, Varanasi, Rachi, Chandigarh, and Mumbai, enjoying all that the land of mystery has to offer. Or jet set to the eternal travel hotspots of Doha, Dubai, Kuwait, London, Toronto, Singapore, Kathmandu, Colombo, Hong Kong, and Brussels. In India, it flies to Bangalore, Calcutta, Vadodara, Goa, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Coimbatore, Sri Nagar, Mangalore, Vishakhapatnam, and Poona. Jet Airways offers direct flights to Delhi and Mumbai.
