We’re all set to talk about Pride month 2021! June is a month of celebration for the LGBTQ+ community. This has been LGBT Pride Month throughout history, but it is also celebrated in other parts of the world.

This informative post will cover LGBT events and celebrations around the world. I will show you some highlights happening this year to help you plan your summer travels or just give you ideas on celebrating at home.

Sydney has always been a diverse, welcoming, and accepting city, irrespective of race, age, or gender identity. Sydney celebrates pride in 2021, showcasing nothing but love and affection for each other.

This year’s theme was “Rise, ” aiming at calling on community members to rise through compassion, respect, and love while overcoming the challenges and hardships faced.

The tremendous crowd partied in some fantastic performances; starting from local dance crews, theatre performers with fabulous costumes, to alluring drag queens. One cannot also forget about the pop spectacle by Rita Ora, that produced a whole lot of good vibes, and made it one spectacular party.

Approximately 5000 people would be marching in this glorious parade representing more than 100 LGBTQI community groups. This extravaganza sparkled its happy vibes throughout the event, leaving everyone with a smile on their face.  

Pride 2021 is about equality and acceptance for everyone across Australia, where there is a creative expression among Sydneysiders who identify with the LGBTQ+ community.

The cheerful pride walks through the diverse gender and sexuality vaunting LGBTQIA+, culture-makers, and communities. More than just a day of fun, the Midsumma Pride Festival is also a place where we pay tribute to the pioneering queer community, who have made it possible for them to live freely and together.

Pride month 2021 in Melbourne flaunts its performances, parties, and music in style featuring fashion, dance, drag, and more!

This year’s celebration would be focusing on “the art of the possible,” where they would present 100 open-access events made by queer communities.

Melbourne’s festival of queer culture proudly opens its arms to drag superstars, cult cabaret artists, and gender-bending performance artists as they take over the city with their creative visual art.

Pride month 2021 consists of concerts, exhibitions, shows, parties, and debates that take you on a journey of embracing yourself. This year’s theme is international solidarity, and it has been applied to the pride park, parade, and the pride house.
